How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@ladinozdenatelier.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

A photo of the item (optional but helpful)
We will respond with the return instructions, the return address, and any additional details needed for international shipments.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In their original condition

With all tags and packaging intact

Free from stains, odors, or damage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund lost return parcels.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return at our Milan studio, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
